TATTOO TRAINING – ONE-TO-ONE & PRIVATE

Our private, one-to-one training in Atelier Jiyu is designed to take you from absolute zero to a confident start in your tattoo career. No distractions, no generic lessons—just focused guidance tailored entirely to you.
At Atelier Jiyu, right in the heart of Berlin, you will train in a creative and inspiring environment where contemporary tattoo artistry thrives. This is more than a course—it’s your gateway into a professional studio setting.

Course Structure

  • Foundation practice – start on fake skin to build strong basics before moving forward.
  • Technique sessions (6–7 sessions) – shading, lining, coloring, and composition, applied in increasingly complex designs.
  • Real tattoo experience (3–4 sessions) – apply everything learned on real skin, with full guidance through your first tattoos.

  • Professional development – hygiene standards, station setup, content creation, and social media management to prepare you for a real tattoo career.
  • Flexibility – the course spans around 10 sessions of 3–4 hours each, but since it’s a private one-to-one program, sessions are scheduled around the student’s availability. The training also adapts to the artistic direction the student wants to pursue.

Mentoring

The course is led by Javad (Jinks_tat), a professional tattoo artist specializing in microrealism and color. Over the past few years, he has successfully trained several students who now work independently – either in studios or with their own practices. His teaching approach focuses on detail, creativity, and the gradual building of confidence, offering a clear path from beginner to professional artist.

Career opportunities

After completing the program, selected participants have the opportunity to continue working at Atelier Jiyu, one of Berlin's most beautiful studios, and to enter the professional tattoo world directly.
