Atelier Jiyu is a tattoo studio with 24 artists who are passionate about creating unique and beautiful tattoos. We believe that getting a tattoo is an expression of your personal style and individuality. Our studio is a welcoming environment where you can be comfortable and confident that you will receive the highest quality service - this is why we do care about aftercare.

The First Day After Your Tattoo

After getting a tattoo at Atelier Jiyu, it's important to keep the bandage on for at least two hours. Once you remove the bandage, wash your tattoo gently with warm water and mild soap. Pat dry with a clean towel and apply a thin layer of unscented lotion. Avoid submerging your tattoo in water or exposing it to the sun for the first two weeks. If you experience any redness, swelling or excessive pain, please contact us immediately.

Healing Process

The healing process for a tattoo can take up to two weeks. During this time, it's important to keep your tattoo clean and moisturized. Avoid picking or scratching your tattoo, as this can lead to infection or scarring. Wear loose-fitting clothing that won't rub against your tattoo, and avoid activities that may cause excessive sweating.
